Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase from House Goals! If you're not satisfied, here's how we can assist you:

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us immediately at 298-1004 or orders@housegoalstt.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your name and order number and a brief reason for the return.
  3. Please send pictures of item and packaging.

Return Process:

  1. Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with details on collection of the item by our courier.
  2. Pack the items securely in the original packaging and await contact by the courier.
  3. Customers are responsible for the full shipping cost of returns for reasons other than defect/damage. This cost can be paid directly to us (not the courier) where necessary or can be deducted if any refunds are to be made.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your returned items.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to return one item for another, please give us a call at 298-1004 we will coordinate further.
