Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase from House Goals! If you're not satisfied, here's how we can assist you:
Returns:
- We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us immediately at 298-1004 or orders@housegoalstt.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your name and order number and a brief reason for the return.
- Please send pictures of item and packaging.
Return Process:
- Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with details on collection of the item by our courier.
- Pack the items securely in the original packaging and await contact by the courier.
- Customers are responsible for the full shipping cost of returns for reasons other than defect/damage. This cost can be paid directly to us (not the courier) where necessary or can be deducted if any refunds are to be made.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your returned items.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to return one item for another, please give us a call at 298-1004 we will coordinate further.
