Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase from House Goals! If you're not satisfied, here's how we can assist you:

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging and must include all components of the item.
  • We DO NOT accept returns on items that are damaged AFTER delivery or pickup.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us immediately at 298-1004 or orders@housegoalstt.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your name and/or order number and a brief reason for the return.
  3. Please send pictures and/or videos of item and packaging.

Return Process:

  1. Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with details on collection of the item by our courier.
  2. Pack the items securely in the original packaging and await contact by the courier.
  3. Customers are responsible for the full shipping cost of returns for reasons other than manufacturer's defect or in-transit damage. This cost can be paid directly to us (not the courier) where necessary or can be deducted if any refunds are to be made.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned items.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged or defective items (see below).

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive an item exhibiting a manufacturer's defect, or that was damaged in-transit to you, please contact us immediately with photos and/or videos of the product and packaging.
  • We will conduct an investigation within 3 business days of receiving the returned item and/or images.
  • Once it has been confirmed the issue is indeed a manufacturer's defect or one that occured in-transit to you, we will either arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no additional cost, or issue a full refund including the return shipping cost.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to return one item for another, please give us a call at 298-1004 and we will be happy to coordinate further.
  • Customers are responsible for the full shipping cost of exchanges done for reasons other than manufacturer's defect or damage during delivery. This cost can be paid directly to us (not the courier) where necessary or can be deducted if any refunds are to be made.
