Shipping Policy

At House Goals, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Please review our shipping policies below for information on shipping rates, delivery times, and more.

    After You Order: 

    • Upon placing an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. Please review this email for accuracy, and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.
    • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotions.
    • We will then reach out either via Whatsapp message or phone call to confirm your delivery day/time and your payment (for bank transfer option only).
    • On delivery day, our couriers will contact you in advance either via Whatsapp message or phone call.
    Order Cancelation and Postponement:
    • You can cancel your order at any time before it is collected or delivered. To do so, please contact us immediately at 298-1004.
    • If on delivery day you need to cancel your order or postpone delivery to the next business day, you can let the couriers know when they contact you.
    • If you wish to postpone your order beyond 1 business day, you can make a Postponement Request by calling or sending us a message via Whatsapp. Please note that postponement requests are granted based on our discretion and are not guaranteed. They cannot be made via the couriers. Orders may be canceled if they are postponed multiple times.
    • If you have any questions or concerns during the ordering or delivery process, feel free to call us directly at 298-1004 during regular business hours or send us a message via Whatsapp any time.

    Shipping Rates:

    Shipping is now calculated based on your method of payment.

    The following rates apply to delivery to ALL locations across Trinidad:

    1. Pick-Up - FREE

    Available at KFC Montrose- Montrose Main Road, Chaguanas

    2. Direct Save (Payment via Online or Fast Deposit ) - $25

    3. Standard Trinidad Delivery (Payment via Cash, Debit / Credit Card on Delivery) - $40

    4. Fragile Delivery (Payment via Cash / Online or Fast Deposit) - $45

     

    The following rate applies to delivery to ALL locations across Tobago:

    1. Direct Save (Payment via Online or Fast Deposit) - $50
    2. Standard Tobago Delivery (Payment via Cash or Debit/ Credit Card) - $60

    Fragile delivery is not offered on Tobago orders at this time.

    NOTE: Customers can also view shipping costs during the checkout process before completing their orders.

      Free Shipping:

      • Customers opting to pick-up their order pay no delivery cost. 
      • All customers enjoy free shipping on orders $1000 TTD and over.

      Standard Shipping:

      • Our courier generally delivers your order within 3 business days after receiving from our warehouse.

      Shipping Destinations:

      • House Goals currently offers shipping within Trinidad and Tobago only.
      • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

      Tracking Information:

      • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
      • Stay informed about the status of your delivery by sending us a message via Whatsapp at 298-1004.

      Unforeseen Circumstances:

      • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or courier delays, delivery times may be extended. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
      • If your order is significantly delayed, our team will reach out to you with updates and options for going forward.
      • Communication will generally be done via phone call or WhatsApp.
